Hey! Sixth to twelfth graders, come join us every Sunday from 4pm-6pm. We meet in the room next to the kitchen near the Sanctuary. We are spending our time together learning out to “live creatively” Gal 6, exploring how to create new, out of the box lives in Christ. Every meeting we spend time in prayer, we have a youth lead devotional, Bible study, games, and fellowship. On the first Sunday of the month we have a “Foundation Sunday” where we discuss what we are doing for the next month and we have a cook out with food prepared by the youth. We also strive to have one fellowship activity a month, this includes movie and game nights, dances, and other outings. Grab your Bible and come join us, we can’t wait to see you!
MoVal Youth is lead by Diana Payne. She has been a leader in the Riverside District UMC Camps for over six years, and was the assistant youth director at Green Valley UMC in Las Vegas, Nevada. Diana is a theater major at UCR and holds a degree from the College of Southern Nevada. She attributes her strength of faith to her time spent at camp and has a lot of passion for the UMC camping ministry. Diana says “I believe strongly in the values of the United Methodist Church, and more-so I believe in the youth. I am excited to be here and become a part of the lives on these youth. Together we can do amazing things, and I am excited to see them prepare to change the world!”

Jan 16-18th-Riverside District Winter Camp. Come join us for a weekend at camp in the snow! Theme is “Who’s Your Hero?” Come ready to be engaged and have an excellent time! $120 per camper
